# Teamviewer

TeamViewer is a proprietary computer software package for remote control and desktop sharing. Phoenix LiDAR Systems offers a [TeamViewer Quicksupport module](https://www.phoenixlidar.com/sample-data/teamviewer-download/), which you can download from our homepage, to provide customer support. Additionally, we recommend installing the [full version of Teamviewer 11](https://storage.phoenixlidar.com/software/TeamViewer_Setup.exe) with the password "aeriallidar" (no quotes) for remote access to facilitate the support process in the field.
