# Save Cloud

After editing a CLOUD (classification, LiDARSnap, colorization, etc) it is recommended that you save the CLOUD file as shown below:

Saving the PLP (**File->Save Project**) will not save the CLOUD file. The CLOUD file must be saved independently.
