# Classify on selection

The Classify on selection window enables the user to classify a selection of points from one class (or many) to another. This window is used in conjunction with the classify tools within the [Selection toolbar](https://docs.phoenixlidar.com/lidarmill-desktop/user-interface/toolbars/data-visualization).
