# Advanced Tools

Spatial Explorer contains many advanced tools that enable the user to:

* Change project datums
* Import existing LAS/LAZ pointcloud files and subsequently convert these files to a SpatialExplorer CLOUD file
* Create customizable coordinate transformations in order to transform data from a global coordinate system to a local coordinate system.
