# Data Viewer

The Data Viewer is used to visualize LiDAR, Imagery, Ground Control Points, Navigation data and various data products in [3D](https://docs.phoenixlidar.com/lidarmill-desktop/user-interface/toolbars/data-visualization#view-tool) or in [2D cross sections](https://docs.phoenixlidar.com/lidarmill-desktop/post-processing/workflow-kk/data-review/profile-tool).

**Camera** - adjust view for rover data playback:

* **Static** - view remains static during rover data playback
* **Follow** - view follows the movement of the rover during rover data playback (rover centered within data viewer)
* **Heading** - view follows the movement of the rover oriented in the rover's heading direction during rover data playback (rover centered within data viewer)

Enables 2D profile view within data viewer

Enables an additional data view to the right of the selected data viewer

Workflow:

1. Open 2 views 
2. Enable Target for Profile Tool within view 2
3. Now, when you [create a profile](https://docs.phoenixlidar.com/lidarmill-desktop/post-processing/workflow-kk/data-review/profile-tool) in view 1, it will show automatically in view 2
