# User & Sub-Companies Management

To view the sub-companies use the "My sub companies" section in the main menu.

On that page, you will see all your sub-companies:

By clicking on the particular company you will see all details about it.

The parent company can see and manage sub-company subscriptions. Breadcrumbs at the top show what company is currently viewed.

The parent company can invite new employees to the sub-company:

Admins of a parent company can modify all users including users from the sub companies. They can update user details, deactivate the account (which will prevent the user from login), or delete the user account. They also can move users between sub-companies and the parent company.

## User Permissions for Parent and Sub-Companies

#### **Admin Users from Parent Companies**

* **Access Rights**: Full read and write permissions.
* **Scope**: Can manage all aspects of sub-companies, including:
  * User accounts
  * Subscription details
  * Other related entities

#### **Non-Admin Users from Parent Companies**

* **Access Rights**: Read-only permissions.
* **Scope**: Can view but not modify details of sub-companies, including:
  * User accounts
  * Subscription information
  * Other related entities

#### **Users from Sub-Companies (Both Admins and Non-Admins)**

* **Access Restrictions**:
  * Cannot access any information related to the parent company.
  * Cannot access any information about other sub-companies.
